    LEUCHTTURM1917 reinterprets the Drehgriffel from the 1920s. The name “Drehgriffel” is a German term which literally means rotating pen. Its very particular design makes this writing instrument truly distinctive: it is characterized by a hexagonal body, a pointed end in a contrasting color, like that of the rotary knob. Made from carefully milled aluminum and brass, the Drehgriffel is then varnished and sealed. It operates by means of a spring-loaded rotation mechanism.
